Must have good communication skills and be able to:
1. Provide excellent customer care service
2. Accurately perform registration process for new and existing customers
3. Schedule appointments according to established procedures
4. Generate and deliver business from new sources,referrals ,contacts and recommendation.
5. Be self motivated
6. Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with all manner of clients and partners
7. Be a problem solver
8. Exhibit IT literacy
9. Exhibit good organizational skills to ensure that processes and procedures are put in place
10. Be a team player and have leadership and development capacity
Qualification: ND, HND and Bsc in Art and social sciences. Core science graduates may also apply.
