An indigenous company that operates in the downstream sub-sector of Nigerian oil & gas requires head of finance and value creation for the following functions:
> Responsible for overall financial management of the company, providing strategic financial direction to management, to ensure full value delivery to business stakeholders
> Analyse investment opportunities, provide investment advise to management.
> Identify and implement new sources of finance generation for company projects, including negotiating banking credit relationships and loans when needed, and provide guidance for investment opportunities for maximum financial return on capital.
> Maintains and regularly review and report on the company’s financial reporting systems to monitor financial performance
> Advise on and manage banking cash flow and related tax management issues and review strategic growth opportunities with management.
Prospective candidate must have between 10 to 15 years of post qualification experience which must be in similar position(s)
